Dan is a partner of Wildfire Law Center. He is a California native, born and raised in Southern California. He obtained his BA from Brigham Young University, and his JD from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. He is a licensed Attorney in the State of California. Dan is a member of the North County Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, Consumer Attorneys of California.
Prior to forming Wildfire Law Center with David and Josh, Dan litigated claims for wildfire victims across the State of California. He has represented thousands of wildfire victims against large utility corporations and governments. In representing these wildfire victims, Dan has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for their claims – securing funds for wildfire victims to rebuild all aspects of their lives.
As a young man, Dan served as a volunteer for two years in impoverished communities in Minas Gerais, Brazil. This experience gave him a deep compassion for those who are underserved and underrepresented in our society.
Dan and his wife, Sadie, live in Vista with their children. They enjoy music, surfing, and travel.
